Training is part of how I prepare for the work, but it’s also time I keep for myself. A beach run, yoga, dancing, or a quiet recovery day can reset everything.
My favorite kind of morning begins before the day starts asking questions. Headphones on, water nearby, and just enough quiet to move without checking the time every two minutes. Training prepares me for the physical side of modeling, but honestly, it also helps me feel like myself before everything else begins.
I do not need every session to look the same. Some days I want a focused workout with a clear plan. Some days it is yoga and a long stretch. On other days, a beach run or dancing around the room does more for me than counting another set ever could.
The work asks for body awareness. A small shift can change a silhouette, and holding a pose can be more demanding than it looks. Strength, balance, and mobility give me more choices in front of the camera. They help movement look effortless even when a lot of preparation sits underneath it.
Recovery matters just as much. I am learning to respect the quieter days instead of treating them like days when nothing happened. Rest, good food, time outside, and an early night can be exactly what the next week needs from me.
Fitness supports my work, but I never want it to feel like it belongs only to the camera. It clears my head, changes my energy, and gives me a small daily ritual that is mine. If the rest of the day becomes beautifully chaotic, at least I already kept one promise to myself.
